พบ "กัมพูชา" มีรถบรรทุก - รถยนต์ (หลายคัน) วิ่งเข้าบางพื้นที่ แถมโดรน 23 ลำ

กองทัพภาคที่ 2 สรุปสถานการณ์การสู้รบตามแนวชายแดนไทย-กัมพูชา ประจำวันที่ 19 สิงหาคม 2568 (ณ เวลา 14.00 น.)

สถานการณ์โดยรวม
ตรวจพบความเคลื่อนไหวของฝ่ายกัมพูชา มีรถบรรทุก และรถยนต์หลายคันวิ่งเข้ามาในบางพื้นที่ อีกทั้งตรวจพบโดรน 23 ลำในฝั่งกัมพูชา ปัจจุบันกองกำลังทั้ง 2 ฝ่าย ยังคงวางกำลังตามแนวที่มั่นของตนเอง ฝ่ายไทยจัดกำลังพลประจำจุดเฝ้าตรวจตามเหตุการณ์ เพื่อติดตามความเคลื่อนไหวของฝ่ายตรงข้าม และเตรียมความพร้อมในการปฏิบัติตอบโต้ตามสถานการณ์

การดูแลผู้อพยพ
สนับสนุนส่วนราชการทั้งภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และประชาชน อำนวยความสะดวกประชาชนจากพื้นที่เสี่ยงภัย ไปยังพื้นที่รวบรวมพลเรือน พื้นที่ จ.อุบลราชธานี 8 ศูนย์ ปัจจุบันมียอดรวม 638 คน เนื่องจากไม่มั่นใจในสถานการณ์ในพื้นที่ ทั้งนี้ทางฝ่ายปกครองได้จัดชุดรักษาความปลอดภัยหมู่บ้าน เข้าดูแลพื้นที่ บ้านเรือนของพี่น้องประชาชนที่อพยพอย่างต่อเนื่อง

คณะผู้สังเกตการณ์ฯ ลงพื้นที่ตรวจสอบข้อเท็จจริงกรณีการละเมิดข้อตกลงหยุดยิงบริเวณ "ช่องอานม้า-ผามออีแดง"

คณะผู้สังเกตการณ์ชั่วคราว (Interim Observer Team : IOT) จำนวน 8 ประเทศ ประกอบด้วย บรูไน มาเลเซีย ลาว อินโดนีเซีย เมียนมา ฟิลิปปินส์ สิงคโปร์ และเวียดนาม รวม 14 นาย

โดยมี พล.ต.ซัมซุล ริซัล บิน มูซา ผู้ช่วยทูตทหารมาเลเซียประจำประเทศไทย เป็นหัวหน้าคณะ ได้เข้าตรวจสอบพื้นที่ จ.อุบลราชธานี และ จ.ศรีสะเกษ เพื่อรับทราบข้อเท็จจริงกรณีที่กัมพูชาละเมิดข้อตกลงหยุดยิง โดยเฉพาะที่ ช่องอานม้า อ.น้ำยืน จ.อุบลราชธานี ซึ่งเป็นจุดที่กัมพูชาเข้ามารุกล้ำและตัดลวดหนาม

ทางคณะผู้สังเกตการณ์ได้ใช้เวลาในการดูพื้นที่บริเวณช่องอานม้าเป็นเวลาเกือบ 1 ชั่วโมง นอกจากอนุสาวรีย์ตาอมแล้ว ร้านค้าที่อยู่บริเวณโดยรอบก็เสียหายจากเหตุการณ์สู้รบ มีบางส่วนที่มีร่องรอยของการโดนระเบิดและมีเหตุไฟไหม้ ซึ่งช่องอานม้าเป็นจุดผ่อนปรนการค้าชั่วคราว ที่ก่อนหน้านี้ มีการเปิดให้ทำการค้า

และทางเจ้าหน้าที่ไทยได้อธิบายว่าพื้นที่ในฝั่งกัมพูชาก่อนหน้านี้เคยเป็นศูนย์อพยพที่มีสำนักงาน UNHCR อยู่ด้วย แต่ปัจจุบันได้กลายเป็นคาสิโนไปแล้ว ส่วนพื้นที่โดยรอบช่องอานม้ามีการวางกำลังของทหารไทยและกัมพูชาทั้งสองฝ่าย โดยไม่ติดอาวุธ ตามข้อตกลงหยุดยิง ซึ่งช่องอานม้าเป็นหนึ่งในพื้นที่การสู้รบสำคัญในช่วงที่ผ่านมา

การดำเนินงานด้านจิตอาสา
จิตอาสาพระราชทานมอบถุงยังชีพให้แก่ประชาชนที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากสถานการณ์ฯ ศอ.จอส.พระราชทาน มทบ.25 โดยจิตอาสา 904, จิตอาสาพระราชทาน, กำลังพลจิตอาสาพระราชทาน, ชป.กร.มทบ.25, ชป.กร.อ.สังขะ และ ชป.กร.อ.กาบเชิง พบปะเยี่ยมเยียนให้กำลังใจพร้อมมอบถุงยังชีพ เพื่อช่วยเหลือ ครอบครัวของประชาชน ผู้ได้รับผลกระทบ ในพื้นที่ อ.สังขะ, อ.กาบเชิง จ.สุรินทร์

และเยาวชนนักศึกษา คณะครุศาสตร์ มรภ.สุรินทร์ ได้ร่วมกันมอบสื่อการเรียนการสอน และสิ่งของที่ได้รับบริจาค ให้กับ ศอ.จอส.พระราชทาน มทบ.25 เพื่อนำไปส่งต่อให้เยาวชน ประชาชนผู้ได้รับผลกระทบจากสถานการณ์ ตามแนวชายแดนไทย-กัมพูชา ได้ใช้ประโยชน์ต่อไป

ศอ.จอส.พระราชทาน จ.อุบลราชธานี โดย รอง ผวจ.อุบลราชธานี เยี่ยมให้กำลังใจประชาชน ในพื้นที่ อ.น้ำยืน จ.อุบลราชธานี มอบสิ่งของจำเป็นจากสถานีกาชาดอุบลราชธานี สภากาชาดไทย เพื่อบรรเทาความเดือดร้อนของประชาชน ในพื้นที่ ต.โซง และ ต.โดมประดิษฐ์ พร้อมด้วย นอภ.เดชอุดม ได้เข้าดูแล เยี่ยมให้กำลังใจ มอบสิ่งของอุปโภค-บริโภค ให้กับประชาชนที่มาอาศัย ที่ศูนย์พักพิงชั่วคราว ทั้ง 8 ศูนย์ฯ ใน อ.เดชอุดม จ.อุบลราชธานี

กองทัพภาคที่ 2 ขอความร่วมมือจากพี่น้องประชาชน เพื่อป้องกันการรับข้อมูลที่คลาดเคลื่อน บิดเบือน หรือข่าวปลอม (Fake news) ขอให้ประชาชนโปรดใช้วิจารณญาณในการรับข้อมูลข่าวสาร และติดตามข้อมูลจากช่องทางอย่างเป็นทางการจากส่วนราชการ ซึ่งสามารถยืนยันข้อเท็จจริงได้อย่างถูกต้อง และทันเวลา

The 2nd Army Area Operation Center, Royal Thai Army, would like to provide a comprehensive update on the situation along the Thailand–Cambodia border as of 19 August 2025, 14:00 hrs

Overall Situation
Thai monitoring units observed increased Cambodian movements, including several trucks and vehicles entering specific areas, as well as 23 drones operating from the Cambodian side. Both forces remain stationed at their respective defensive positions. Thai troops continue surveillance and stand ready to respond appropriately as the situation develops.

Support for Evacuees
In cooperation with government agencies, the private sector, and local communities, the Thai side facilitated the evacuation of civilians from risk zones to eight civilian shelters in Ubon Ratchathani province. As of now, 638 people have been accommodated due to concerns over safety. Local administrative units have also deployed village security teams to protect evacuated communities and property.

Interim Observer Team Visits Conflict Zones at “Chong An Ma – Pha Mo I Daeng”
The Interim Observer Team (IOT), comprising 14 representatives from 8 ASEAN countries—Brunei, Malaysia, Lao PDR, Indonesia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, and Vietnam—visited Ubon Ratchathani and Si Sa Ket provinces.

The delegation was led by Major General Shamsul Rizal bin Musa, Defense Attaché of Malaysia to Thailand. Their mission was to examine reports of Cambodian violations of the ceasefire agreement, particularly at Chong An Ma (Nam Yuen district, Ubon Ratchathani province) where incursions and wire fence cutting were recorded.

The IOT spent nearly an hour at the Chong An Ma site. They witnessed damage around Ta Om monument and surrounding shops, including blast marks and fire damage. Thai officials explained that the Cambodian side of Chong An Ma had once hosted a UNHCR refugee center, which has since been converted into a casino. Currently, both Thai and Cambodian forces are stationed in the area without weapons, in accordance with the ceasefire agreement. The site remains one of the key flashpoints of recent clashes.

Strict security measures were applied during the visit. Military vehicles were provided for media safety, and journalists were requested not to livestream or photograph sensitive conflict areas to avoid compromising security.

Volunteer and Humanitarian Activities

• Royal Volunteer teams under 25th Military Circle, together with local security units, distributed relief packages to affected families in Sangkha and Kap Choeng districts, Surin province.
• Students from the Faculty of Education, Surindra Rajabhat University donated educational materials and supplies through Royal Volunteer channels to support youth and families affected by the border situation.
• In Ubon Ratchathani province, the Deputy Governor visited Nam Yuen district to deliver aid provided by the Ubon Ratchathani Red Cross Society and the Thai Red Cross. Together with Det Udom district officials, he also distributed essential goods to evacuees sheltered in all eight temporary centers in Det Udom district.

The public is asked to exercise discretion in receiving information and to follow official channels from government agencies, which can confirm the facts accurately and in a timely manner.
