Upon entering the penthouse via a private elevator, you are greeted by a private entry foyer that connects to a double-height great room graced with panoramic Central Park views. The room’s grand scale is accentuated by an 11-foot wide limestone-clad gas fireplace, and a towering clay installation by Peter Lane.

Further in, the formal corner dining room, also enveloped by Central Park and eastern skyline views, features a custom dining table and chairs by Patrick Naggar, a custom pendant light by John Koga, and an art installation by Studio Hoon Kim.

The adjoining windowed custom kitchen, designed by Despont for Molteni, features statuary marble countertops, a backlit backsplash, and a complete suite of appliances by Miele and Sub-Zero. The calming white palette is offset by a playful pair of pendant lights and a vibrant breakfast table custom-designed by Elyse Graham.

On the upper floor, the 1,300 square foot primary suite, governed by a monochromatic cream colour scheme, comes with a large walk-in closet custom-designed by Scavolini, and an en suite bathroom with radiant heated floors, and south and east-facing views.

Another bedroom on this level also offers a windowed en suite bathroom clad in high-honed Verona Limestone with polished nickel Dornbracht fixtures.

This floor also features a stylish TV room and a windowed library nook. Other luxury brands found throughout the duplex include Pucci, Holly Hunt, Scavolini, and Phillip Jeffries.
