Second Chongqing-Hunan expressway fully operational

A new expressway linking China's Hunan Province and Chongqing Municipality was fully opened to traffic on Thursday. A key feature highlighting its engineering complexity is that 80 percent of the 280-km-long expressway is built on bridges or through tunnels.
