Begin your evening at Lobster Bar and Grill with family-style appetisers: freshly shucked Gillardeau oysters, prawn Caesar salad with smoked anchovies, crisp potato cakes with taramasalata and caviar, and a rich demitasse of lobster bisque. For mains, savour grilled local turbot with romesco sauce, grilled or poached Boston lobster with garlic butter, roasted Brandt beef rib with Yorkshire pudding, or the exquisite Beef Wellington for two (HK$188 supplement; 45 minutes’ preparation).
