Fosun Tourism Group Signs Syndicated Loan Agreement with Seven International Banks

SHANGHAI, Aug. 1, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- On July 30, 2025, Fosun Tourism Group ("FTG", or the "Company") signed a €800 million syndicated loan agreement with Natixis, Crédit Agricole CIB, Deutsche Bank, Standard Chartered, HSBC, BNP Paribas, and Société Générale. The successful closing of this syndicated loan marks a key milestone in FTG's ongoing efforts to optimize its capital structure and further its global expansion. The signing ceremony was held at Club Med Joyview Heilongtan Resort.
