Mount Nicholson Penthouse Sets New Price Record | HK Weekend Property Market Recap

Last Friday, the ultra-luxury development Mount Nicholson on The Peak shattered its own record, selling a penthouse with a rooftop terrace and two car parking spaces for HK$609 million through tender.
The unit achieved a staggering price of around HK$144,400 per square foot, breaking a 3.5-year record for the highest price per square foot for a new stratified residence in Asia.
