Mia Cucina’s Opulence Kitchen where Art Deco meets Modern Functionality

When you think of art deco design, you picture the glitz and glamour of the Roaring Twenties colliding with sleek, modern-day chic. That’s exactly what Mia Cucina’s Opulence Kitchen brings to the table – a stunning blend of class and sophistication that allows you to cook in style.

Inspired by the bold colours and metal finishes synonymous with art deco, the new Opulence kitchen stands out with a stunning combo of olive green, dark grey stone, and just the right amount of lava-textured rose gold accents. This mix allows you to cook with class right at home.

“I always advise my clients to begin with the right colour palette, as it sets the first impression of any space. The sophistication of the Opulence Kitchen is an excellent starting point,” says Anya Wu, founder of Root Design.“The olive green gives a stylish vibe, and the lava rose gold details add an extra touch of depth to the overall design, making it a perfect choice for bon vivants.”

In line with Mia Cucina’s tradition of marrying form with function, the Opulence Kitchen uses Fenix nanotech panels for the doors, and Dekton scratch and abrasion-resistant stone panels for the worktops. The Dekton panels come to life with subtle light grey veins throughout the surface, adding a bit of understated charm to the overall aesthetics.

“Durable, easy-to-clean materials, keep your kitchen looking anew, reduce maintenance costs, and minimise the need for replacements,” Wu explains. “I also appreciate the variety of door panels and stone options. Coupled with the inclusion of LED light strips on the shelves, it allows for greater flexibility in interior design.”

The kitchen comes with a slew of innovative storage solutions to cater to Hong Kong’s compact homes. Think elongated wall-mounted racks with various styles of compartments you can rearrange as you like. Drawers, dividers, and pull-out trays are all customisable, with glass-front wooden shelves adding extra room for knick-knacks without compromising on aesthetics.

“A kitchen that combines functionality and flexibility makes your home more durable and personalised,” Wu concludes. “And that’s why I’d recommend the Opulence Kitchen to anyone.”
