Ming Pavilion unveils its Moonlight Feast, a special set menu inspired by the season
Celebrate Mid-Autumn and Golden Week at Ming Pavilion with the exclusive Moonlight Feast set menu, a seasonal celebration of the ocean’s treasures, spotlighting crab and seafood at their most irresistible. Relish Fujian-style pie generously filled with hot-and-sour mud crab, braised tofu layered with hairy crab meat, tiger prawn and scallop, and wok-fried mud crab tangled with crispy rice noodles.
Each plate is carefully composed to balance texture, flavour and aroma, a tribute to the timeless artistry of Cantonese cuisine and the abundance of the harvest festival.
