Grand Seasons at Lohas Park Unveils First Batch: Prices from HK$4.517M
Wheelock Properties, in collaboration with MTR Corporation (0066), has announced the pricing for Grand Seasons, Phase 12C of Lohas Park in Tseung Kwan O. On the evening of January 6, the first price list (List No. 1) was unveiled, featuring 138 units. Prices for one-bedroom units start at a discounted price of HK$4.517 million, with a discounted price per square foot starting from HK$13,989. The developer anticipates the first round of sales to take place as early as next week.
Ricky Wong Kwong-yiu, managing director of Wheelock Properties, stated that the pricing strategy reflects the original pricing structure, excluding variations due to floor level and view. The first batch includes 41 one-bedroom units with open kitchens, 66 two-bedroom units with open kitchens, 20 two-bedroom units with enclosed kitchens, nine three-bedroom en-suite units with a utility room and bathroom (also with enclosed kitchens), and two special units with terraces. The discounted prices for these units range from HK$4.517 million to HK$11.532 million, while the discounted price per square foot ranges between HK$13,989 and HK$18,545. Buyers can enjoy a maximum discount of up to 12%.
Mr. Wong noted that the Seasons series has sold 964 units since last year, generating a total revenue of over HK$5.98 billion. The Grand Seasons development includes approximately 650 units, with special units starting from 283 square feet. Show flats are now available for viewing.
