BLACKPINK的Lisa憑藉與Doja Cat、Raye合作的〈Born Again〉拿下當晚最具爭議的獎項之一，「最佳K-POP」。這項結果隨即引發爭議，粉絲質疑這首作品根本如何符合該類別。
這首歌全程以英文演唱，而且參與合作的藝人都不是韓國人，因此許多人認為這次得獎把K-POP的定義拉得過於寬鬆。
