4 New Developments Approved for Sale, Involving 1,633 Flats
The Lands Department announced that in October, four new developments were granted pre-sale consents, involving a total of 1,633 units. Among them, New World Development's The Southside Phase 5A and 5B at Wong Chuk Hang were approved, offering a combined total of 825 units.
Phase 5A of The Southside will provide 447 units, with an expected completion date of November 30, 2026. Phase 5B will offer 378 units, with an estimated completion date of December 31, 2026.
Additionally, Sun Hung Kai Properties' Cullinan Harbour at 26 Shing Fung Road in Kai Tak was also approved, contributing 43 units, with an estimated completion date of November 30, 2025.
Another development approved for pre-sale is Wing Tai Properties' Cloudview at 663 Fan Kam Road, involving 765 units, with an expected completion date of March 31, 2027.
