This International Women’s Day, Alibi – Wine Dine Be Social at Cordis, Hong Kong, is hosting Spirited Women: A Toast to Empowerment, a special evening dedicated to celebrating the achievements of women from all walks of life. On March 8, 2025, from 7pm to 11pm, Alibi will transfer into a vibrant hub of empowerment, creativity and community, as a line-up of eight remarkable women take over the bar to craft bespoke cocktails and inspire guests with their stories.

In collaboration with Two Moons Distillery, Hong Kong’s pioneering gin brand co-founded by the talented Dimple Yuen, this one-night event will showcase the creativity and resilience of women through the art of mixology. Each of the four pairs of guest bartenders, comprising bartenders, entrepreneurs and influencers, will serve a signature cocktail showcasing a distinct flavour profile. Cocktails are priced at HK$158 per drink.

Highlights of the Evening

  • Eight inspiring women, four unforgettable shifts: four pairs of guest bartenders will take turns behind the bar, each serving a unique cocktail that reflects their personality and story.
  • Cocktails for a cause: 50 percent of the evening’s cocktail revenue will be donated to YWCA, supporting their initiatives to empower women and ladies in Hong Kong.
  • Complimentary snacks: guests who order a cocktail will enjoy complimentary snacks, including cognac foie gras mousse; pancetta, chicken, semi-dried cherry tomato and dried orange peel served with 72 percent chocolate. Additional small bites and sharing plates from Alibi’s latest all-day menu will also be available.
  • Vinyl beats by DJ Cyrus, who will be spinning a curated selection of records, blending retro and contemporary tunes to create a unique auditory experience. His performance will seamlessly complement the evening’s vibe, ensuring a night to remember.
