BEIJING, Nov. 1 (Xinhua) -- After entering orbit, the Shenzhou-21 crewed spaceship made a fast, autonomous rendezvous and docking with the front port of the space station's core module Tianhe at 3:22 a.m. (Beijing Time). The whole process took approximately 3.5 hours, said the China Manned Space Agency (CMSA).
The astronaut trio aboard the Shenzhou-21 spaceship will then enter the Tianhe module. Meanwhile, the Shenzhou-20 crew members are ready for their arrival.
The Shenzhou-21 mission has set a new milestone -- the fastest rendezvous and docking ever achieved in the history of Shenzhou missions.
