Salon Lanson welcomes guests to celebrate the festive season with a series of winter menus and experiences set against its blend of French-inspired elegance and warm, intimate hospitality.

The Holiday Set

Throughout December, the Holiday Set lunch menu highlights the flavours of winter in a format suited to both business gatherings and personal celebrations.

The sous vide turkey breast offers a classic seasonal touch, served with traditional stuffing for a nostalgic festive profile.Coastal influences shape the pan-fried French pollock, paired with creamy risotto and brightened with a lemon-olive oil sauce.For a meat-free option, the beetroot gnocchi combines pan-fried gnocchi with butternut squash purée and toasted hazelnuts, balancing sweetness, earthiness and texture.

Jazzy Christmas Dinner

Available only on December 24 and 25, 2025, the Jazzy Christmas Dinner pairs a five-course menu with live jazz and candlelight.The evening opens with Balik salmon and caviar, followed by a choice of mains including sous-vide turkey breast, pan-roasted line-caught French sea bass with Jerusalem artichoke, or grilled Japanese wagyu ribeye steak, slow-cooked and finished using the foamy butter technique for a richly aromatic crust.

Each guest receives a festive cocktail and may choose a handcrafted wreath to take home.

Holiday Brunch

Salon Lanson’s semi-buffet brunch returns with a selection of cold cuts such as roasted beef carpaccio, duck rillette and guinea fowl pâté en croûte.

A main course is prepared à la minute, including festive favourites like grilled Japanese wagyu ribeye steak and pan-roasted line-caught French sea bass. Additional options include porcini and ricotta ravioli with braised morels and pesto cream, and free-range chicken two styles featuring truffle-crusted breast and confit leg.

A live station serves honey-glazed lacón, with a dessert buffet rounding out the meal.

New Year’s Eve Dinner

As 2025 draws to a close, Salon Lanson marks the occasion with a five-course dinner set in its French-inspired dining room, creating an atmosphere suited to both quiet celebrations and gatherings with loved ones.

The menu reflects the work of executive chef Chris Leung, beginning with sashimi-grade otoro tartare seasoned with sushi soy sauce and Japanese pear, finished with yuzu-infused lemon sea salt and well-paired with a glass of champagne from the champagne tower.

The classic bouillabaisse brings together Chilean sea bass, Argentinian red prawns and Dutch blue mussels. The first course features sashimi-grade pan-seared Hokkaido scallops with bacon-accented garden pea purée and a light champagne foam.

For the main course, guests may choose between home-smoked French pigeon breast or grilled whole Boston lobster. Dessert is a champagne-poached William pear with mascarpone and honey Greek yoghurt for a gentle finish.

Festive Beverages

The bar team presents a collection of four Campari-based cocktails and a seasonal mocktail, each highlighting Campari’s citrus and herbal character. Head mixologist Manuel Saavedra draws on warm spices and varied aromatics to show the spirit’s versatility beyond the classic Negroni.

Roast Turkey Takeaway

Salon Lanson offers its roast turkey for takeaway, prepared for home or office gatherings. The 14-pound turkey is slow-roasted and served with traditional stuffing, seasonal vegetables, gravy and cranberry sauce—sized for groups of up to ten.
