Winful Far East Names Yuen Long Mansion Project "Casa Girasol," To Be Sold Via Tender
On January 8, Winful Far East officially named its residential garden villa project located in Yuen Long as Casa Girasol. The development consists of eight garden villas under the La Aldea project. Starting today, the sales arrangements for two of the villas have been uploaded, with the tender period running until the end of April.
The developer announced that all apartment units in the project have already sold out. In response, the company released the sales arrangements for Villas 2 and 7 of Casa Girasol.
According to Centaline Property, Casa Girasol’s units will be sold via tender. The project includes eight three-story villas, each with usable areas ranging from 2,393 to 2,643 square feet. The units offer three-bedroom designs with double en-suites or four-bedroom designs with double en-suites, and all come with private gardens and two parking spaces. Pricing will reference nearby new developments, such as the adjacent
Crescent Green, which recorded transaction prices between HK$13,000 and HK$15,000 per square foot in the second half of last year.
The project also features three completed show homes. Among them, the furnished show unit is Villa 5, which has a usable area of 2,421 square feet, a 717-square-foot terrace, and a 341-square-foot garden. It features a three-bedroom layout with two en-suites.
Villa 2 has a usable area of 2,610 square feet, a 780-square-foot terrace, and a 426-square-foot garden. It features a four-bedroom layout with two en-suites. Villa 7 has a usable area of 2,393 square feet, a 717-square-foot terrace, and a 341-square-foot garden, with a three-bedroom layout and two en-suites.
The show homes are now open for viewing by appointment.
