Tosca di Angelo presents a seasonal ode to Sicily
Chef Angelo Aglianó of one-Michelin-starred Tosca di Angelo invites diners on an evocative journey to his native Sicily with the launch of his new autumn-winter menus. Available until January 15 2026, the seasonal offering is a heartfelt narrative, translating childhood memories and global influences into refined, sky-high dining.
Two tasting menus anchor the experience, each with its own poetic rhythm. Ricordi, meaning “recalling” in Italian, is a deeply personal reflection of Aglianó’s Sicilian roots and his culinary path across continents. The five-course menu opens with Mediterranean lobster crowned with Oscietra caviar, followed by the show-stopping langoustine, finished tableside with a warm Champagne soup. For the main course, Pardoo Wagyu sirloin, smoked in a stone-and-fire oven, delivers a lingering, smoky depth.

Now in its third edition, the Minuetto menu at Tosca di Angelo celebrates the rhythm of autumn produce. Named after the graceful 17th-century musical form by Luigi Boccherini, Minuetto moves with a quiet, stately elegance, mirrored in the cadence of each dish. The four-course menu features Hokkaido scallop carpaccio accented with Kaluga caviar, and a standout pasta course of organic Sardinian lorighittas, a delicate hand-braided pasta paired with local squid and mullet bottarga.
Beyond the tasting menus, Tosca di Angelo’s à la carte selection offers a true indulgence: caviale Oscietra Kaviari with linguine. Designed for two, this dish layers 50 grams of premium caviar over handmade pasta.
