Neon dreams and sky-high beats: Ozone’s rooftop glow party lights up Hong Kong nights
Every last Saturday of the month, Ozone, the world’s highest rooftop bar on the 118th floor of The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong, transforms into a neon-lit playground for its signature Rooftop Glow Party. From 9pm until late, guests gather under a canopy of light with the city’s glittering skyline as their backdrop.
The evening blends music, cocktails, and design into an immersive rooftop experience. Guests arrive in glow accents, sip inventive drinks, and move between sculptural stone interiors and futuristic light installations, anchored by a striking white pillar of abstract design. Weather permitting, the open-air terrace offers a rare vantage point, 480 metres above the city, with the night sky stretching wide overhead.
At its heart is the music. Resident DJ Miles Slater, whose career spans London’s underground radio scene to stages shared with Afrojack, Fatboy Slim and Grammy-winning Dirty Vegas, shifts seamlessly between house, deep grooves, R&B, hip-hop and electronic dance. He’s joined by live percussionist Poncho Rosales and saxophonist Oliver Smith, whose improvised sets ensure no two parties are alike.

Guests can further enhance the evening with curated champagne packages for groups. The Silver tier offers Veuve Clicquot Brut and Whispering Angel rosé, while the Gold selection features Ruinart Blanc de Blancs. For the pinnacle of celebration, the Platinum package presents Dom Pérignon, ideal for raising a glass beneath the stars.
