Angelini celebrates the season with an exquisite Alba white truffle menu
As the cool season arrives, Angelini at Kowloon Shangri-La introduces a menu centred on one of Italy’s most prized ingredients: fresh White Alba truffle. This year, chef Sam Sin presents a four-course dinner set built around the ingredient’s distinctive aroma and depth.
Priced at HK$598 per person, the menu opens with fassona beef tartare brightened with honey mustard, followed by homemade oxtail agnolotti. A second pasta course of fusilli lunghi bucati comes with pistachio and Parmigiano, designed to let the truffle take the lead. The main course is a grilled Westholme wagyu striploin, finished with a chestnut cake infused with tonka bean and hazelnut for dessert.

Guests can also choose to add freshly shaved White Alba truffle to selected dishes, including the agnolotti, fusilli or Wagyu striploin, at HK$158 per gram. Shaved tableside, the truffle brings an immediate hit of aroma and an extra layer of richness to the meal.
This limited-time menu offers a clear snapshot of Italian autumn, whether you’re already familiar with Alba truffle or discovering it for the first time.
