Renowned for its authentic Cantonese cuisine and elegant ambience, Shang Palace's Michelin-starred culinary team present a spectacular limited-time menu crafted to honour the tradition of togetherness and abundance.

Shang Palace’s Mid-Autumn reunion set menu is a culinary journey of eight symbolic dishes, each crafted with finesse and the finest ingredients. The feast opens with a classic barbecued meat trio and a nourishing double-boiled conch broth with fish maw and pear, before moving into bold clay-pot tiger prawns laced with peppercorn and the supreme delicacy of braised South African abalone with sea cucumber. Timeless Cantonese signatures follow—steamed spotted garoupa in soy, golden-skinned crispy chicken, and fragrant fried rice with minced Matsuzaka pork—before a sweet finale of red bean dumplings in citrus-ginger tea. To complete the celebration, each guest receives a hand-made Shang Palace mooncake, a festive keepsake in itself.
