GLOBALink | Empowering Global South, Navigating Global Changes

The 2025 Global South Media and Think Tank Forum under the theme "Empowering Global South, Navigating Global Changes" concluded Tuesday in southwest China's Yunnan Province.

The event gathered around 500 participants from more than 260 media outlets, think tanks, government agencies and international organizations across 110 countries and regions.

During the five-day event, which included meetings and site visits, participants brainstormed ways to translate the forum's theme into action. Through these exchanges, they forged a consensus to build momentum and drive future prosperity for the Global South.
