Fuel prices cut by up to 1 baht per litre at PTT, Bangchak stations
Two of Thailand's major fuel retailers, PTT and Bangchak, have announced a significant drop in retail fuel prices, cutting rates for petrol, gasohol and regular diesel by 70 satang per litre.
The price adjustments also include a 1-baht-per-litre reduction for premium diesel products. The lower prices took effect at 5am this morning.
Following the price cuts, the updated retail prices per litre at PTT stations are as follows:
• Benzine: 52.19 baht
• Gasohol 95: 42.60 baht
• Gasohol 91: 42.23 baht
• Gasohol E20: 37.60 baht
• Gasohol E85: 33.54 baht
• Diesel and Diesel B20: 40.80 baht and 35.30 baht respectively
• Super Power Diesel (Premium): 57.25 baht
Meanwhile, new retail prices per litre at Bangchak stations are:
• Hi-Premium Gasohol 98 Plus: 53.44 baht
• Gasohol 95S Evo: 42.60 baht
• Gasohol 91S Evo: 42.23 baht
• Gasohol E20S Evo: 37.60 baht
• Gasohol E85S Evo: 33.54 baht
• Hi-Diesel S and Diesel B20: 40.80 baht and 35.30 baht respectively
• Hi-Premium Diesel Plus: 57.25 baht
Other major fuel operators, including Shell, PTG Energy, Susco and Chevron (Thailand), are expected to adjust their prices in line with the market leaders.
