คำแถลงของโฆษก ศบ.ทก. (ด้านความมั่นคง) เมื่อ 30 กรกฎาคม 2568

ภายหลังการเจรจาหยุดยิงของทั้งสองฝ่าย ห้วงคืนวันที่ 29 กรกฎาคม 2568 ต่อเนื่องจนถึงเช้าวันที่ 30 กรกฎาคม 2568 ปรากฏการคุกคามของกำลังประเทศเพื่อนบ้านถึง 4 เหตุการณ์ ตามที่ได้มีแถลงการณ์กองทัพบกแล้วเมื่อเช้านี้

ศบ.ทก. ขอย้ำว่า ไทยยังคงยึดมั่นใน ความอดกลั้น เชื่อมั่นในการดำเนินการสันติภาพ และดำรงการปฏิบัติตามหลักมนุษยธรรม แต่หากถูกละเมิดต่อเนื่องประเทศไทยก็มีความจำเป็นจะดำเนินการอย่างเด็ดขาดเหมาะสม เพื่อปกป้องอธิปไตยและความปลอดภัยของประชาชนไทย

ขอชื่นชมและสดุดีความกล้าหาญของแนวหน้าตั้งแต่วันแรกของการปะทะ ขอขอบคุณ หมอ พยาบาล อสม. และจิตอาสา ที่ดูแลกองทัพและประชาชนอย่างไม่เหน็ดเหนื่อย และขอขอบพระคุณภาครัฐ และเอกชนทุกๆ ภาคส่วนที่ร่วมแรงร่วมใจเสียสละทำงานหนักเพื่อประชาชนและประเทศชาติในครั้งนี้

ในส่วนที่เกี่ยวกับการหารือทวิภาคีระหว่างฝ่ายไทยและกัมพูชา ขณะนี้ฝ่ายไทยกำลังเตรียมความพร้อมและรอฝ่ายกัมพูชาส่งหนังสือเชิญเข้าประชุม GBC ตามที่ได้ตกลงกันไว้ ซึ่งฝ่ายไทยพร้อมที่จะเจรจาต่อเนื่องจากการหารืออย่างไม่เป็นทางการของแม่ทัพภาคของทั้งสองฝ่ายเมื่อวานนี้ เพื่อหาทางยุติความขัดแย้งบนพื้นฐานของความจริงใจและสุจริตใจ

ทั้งนี้ ตามที่ได้รับแจ้งข้อมูลล่าสุดจากกระทรวงมหาดไทยยังมีผู้อพยพอยู่ 190,104 ราย ในศูนย์พักพิกทั้งหมด 780 แห่ง ซึ่งตอนนี้สถานการณ์ยังมีความเปราะบาง จึงขอให้พี่น้องประชาชนติดตามข่าวสารอย่างใกล้ชิด โดยรัฐบาลจะแจ้งให้ทราบทันทีเมื่อมีความปลอดภัยและประชาชนที่อยู่ในศูนย์อพยพสามารถเดินทางกลับบ้านได้

ห้ามบินโดรนในพื้นที่ที่อาจกระทบความมั่นคงของประเทศไทย

เมื่อวันที่ 29 กรกฎาคม 2568 สำนักงานการบินพลเรือนแห่งประเทศไทย ออกประกาศ

ห้ามมิให้ผู้ใดทำการบินหรือปล่อยอากาศยานซึ่งไม่มีนักบินหรือ “โดรน” ในพื้นที่ที่อาจกระทบต่อความมั่นคงของประเทศ โดยเฉพาะในช่วงสถานการณ์ความตึงเครียดบริเวณชายแดนไทย - กัมพูชา ตั้งแต่ จ.ตราด-จันทบุรี-สระแก้ว-บุรีรัมย์-สุรินทร์-ศรีสะเกษ-อุบลราชธานี-ปราจีนบุรี-นครราชสีมา-นครสวรรค์-เพชรบูรณ์-ชัยนาท-พิจิตร และลพบุรี

นอกจากนี้ ยังห้ามบินโดรนทุกประเภทในรัศมี 9 กิโลเมตร (5 ไมล์ทะเล) จากสนามบินหรือที่ขึ้นลงชั่วคราวทุกแห่งโดยเด็ดขาด

ผู้ใดฝ่าฝืนต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งปี ปรับไม่เกินสี่หมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ

ศบ.ทก. ขอย้ำให้ท่านตรวจสอบจากช่องทางการของ ศบ.ทก. ,เหล่าทัพ และช่องทางของ ศบ.ทก. ที่ท่านได้เข้าร่วมแล้วจะมีทีมตรวจสอบให้ข้อมูลกับท่านตลอด 24 ชม.

• Following the ceasefire negotiations between both sides during the night of July 29, 2025, and into the morning of July 30, 2025, there were four incidents of infringements from the neighbouring country, as already stated in the Royal Thai Army's press briefing this morning.

The Ad Hoc Centre reiterates that Thailand continues to uphold restraint, is committed to peaceful resolution, and remains in full compliance with humanitarian principles. However, if violations persist, Thailand will be compelled to take firm and appropriate action to protect its sovereignty and ensure the safety of the Thai people.

We commend and pay tribute to the bravery of our frontline forces since the very first day of the conflict. We also extend heartfelt thanks to the doctors, nurses, village health volunteers, and other selfless volunteers who have tirelessly cared for both military personnel and civilians. Our gratitude also goes to all public and private sectors who have shown unity in dedication and sacrifice for the people and the nation during this time.

• Regarding the bilateral talks between Thailand and Cambodia, Thailand is currently preparing and awaiting an official invitation from the Cambodian side to attend the General Border Committee (GBC) meeting, as previously agreed (in the ceasefire meeting). Thailand is ready to proceed with negotiations, following the informal discussions between the respective regional commanders held yesterday, in a sincere effort to end the conflict based on good faith and honesty.

• According to the latest report from the Ministry of Interior, there are still 190,104 displaced persons staying in 780 temporary shelters. As the situation remains fragile, the public is urged to closely follow official news updates. The government will immediately notify the public once it is deemed safe and when evacuees can return home.

Drone Flight Ban in Sensitive Areas

On July 29, 2025, the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) issued an announcement prohibiting any individual from operating or releasing unmanned aerial vehicles (“drones”) in areas where national security might be affected—especially amid the current tension along the Thai-Cambodian border, covering the provinces of: Trat, Chanthaburi, Sa Kaeo, Buriram, Surin, Sisaket, Ubon Ratchathani, Prachinburi, Nakhon Ratchasima, Nakhon Sawan, Phetchabun, Chainat, Phichit, and Lopburi.

in addition, all types of drone flights are strictly prohibited within a 9-kilometer (5 nautical mile) radius of any airport or temporary airstrip.

Violators are subject to up to one year of imprisonment, a fine of up to 40,000 baht, or both.
