ตามรายงานจากศูนย์ปฏิบัติการกองทัพภาคที่ 2 ได้สรุปเหตุการณ์บริเวณชายแดนไทย–กัมพูชา ดังนี้

🔺จากการตรวจพบการใช้อากาศยานไร้คนขับ หรือ “โดรน” ปรากฏในพื้นที่ต่าง ๆ ซึ่งส่งผลกระทบต่อความมั่นคงในห้วงสถานการณ์ชายแดนไทย–กัมพูชา กองทัพบกจึงยกระดับมาตรการรับมือภัยคุกคามดังกล่าวอย่างเข้มงวด หลังพบความพยายามบินตรวจการณ์พื้นที่ตั้งทางทหาร โดยได้บูรณาการร่วมกับทุกภาคส่วน พร้อมทั้งอ้างอิงประกาศของสำนักงานการบินพลเรือนแห่งประเทศไทย ลงวันที่ 29 กรกฎาคม 2568 ที่กำหนดห้ามบินโดรนทุกประเภท ทุกวัตถุประสงค์ และทั่วทุกพื้นที่ของราชอาณาจักร เพื่อป้องกันผลกระทบต่อความมั่นคงของประเทศ ทั้งนี้ เจ้าหน้าที่ทหารและหน่วยงานด้านความมั่นคงที่ได้รับมอบหมาย มีอำนาจในการใช้ระบบต่อต้านโดรน (Anti-Drone System) และสามารถดำเนินการทำลายโดรนจากภาคพื้นดินได้ทันที หากตรวจพบการละเมิดข้อห้ามดังกล่าว

🔺ข้อเท็จจริงเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติในพื้นที่ “ช่องอานม้า” ก่อนเกิดเหตุปะทะจนถึงวันที่ 28 กรกฎาคม 2568 กำลังทหารของไทยไม่เคยเข้าไปยึดพื้นที่บริเวณอนุสาวรีย์ “ตาอม” ได้ เนื่องจากฝ่ายกัมพูชาวางกำลังตรึงพื้นที่ไว้อย่างต่อเนื่องมาโดยตลอด

เมื่อวันที่ 30 กรกฎาคม 2568 กองทัพกัมพูชาได้นำคณะทูตทหารจาก 13 ประเทศเข้าไปสังเกตการณ์ในพื้นที่ โดยพบว่าพื้นที่บริเวณอนุสาวรีย์ “ตาอม” ขณะนั้นมีกำลังทหารไทยควบคุมพื้นที่ทั้งหมดแล้ว โดยฝ่ายไทยได้ยึดแนวเส้นปฏิบัติการเป็นหลักได้เรียบร้อย ในพื้นที่ “ช่องอานม้า” เพื่อป้องกันเหตุปะทะและรักษาเสถียรภาพในพื้นที่อ่อนไหว ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้ตกลงแนวทางปฏิบัติร่วมกันไว้ คือ การจัดให้มีจุดประสานงานร่วมบริเวณอนุสาวรีย์ “ตาอม”

🔺เมื่อวานนี้ (1 ส.ค. 68) กองทัพบกและกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ นำเอกอัครราชทูต อุปทูตจาก 11 ประเทศ คณะทูตทหารจาก 23 ประเทศ และสื่อมวลชนไทย-ต่างประเทศ ลงพื้นที่ชายแดนไทย–กัมพูชา จ.อุบลราชธานีและศรีสะเกษ เพื่อรับฟังบรรยายสรุป ตรวจสอบ และสังเกตการณ์ผลกระทบต่อพลเรือนไทยจากการโจมตีด้วยอาวุธระยะไกลของกัมพูชา

โดยคณะและสื่อมวลชน เห็นชัดถึงผลกระทบต่อพลเรือน พร้อมตั้งคำถามว่า เหตุใดจึงต้องโจมตีพื้นที่ที่ไม่มีเป้าหมายทางการทหาร ขณะที่ฝ่ายกัมพูชาล้ำแดนไทยเกือบ 30 กิโลเมตร ย้ำจากความเป็นจริง ไทยดำเนินการอย่างโปร่งใส บนพื้นฐานหลักฐานและหลักมนุษยธรรม สร้างความเข้าใจข้อเท็จจริงต่อประชาคมระหว่างประเทศอย่างชัดเจน

🔻 Incident Report on the Thai-Cambodian Border Clash

2 August 2025

According to the reports from the 2nd Army Area Operations Center, the situation along the Thai-Cambodian border can be summarized as follows:

🔺 Following the detection of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), or “drones,” operating in multiple areas and impacting border security, the Royal Thai Army has heightened counter-drone measures. This follows attempts to conduct aerial reconnaissance over military positions. The Royal Thai Army, in coordination with relevant agencies, is strictly enforcing the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand’s directive issued on 29 July 2025, which prohibits all drone flights, regardless of purpose, throughout the Kingdom of Thailand. Designated military and security personnel are authorized to deploy anti-drone systems and immediately neutralize any unauthorized drones detected in violation of the order.

🔺 Facts concerning operations in the “Chong Ahn Ma” area prior to the clashes up to 28 July 2025: Thai forces had never gained control over the area surrounding the “Ta Om” monument, as Cambodian troops have consistently occupied and held the location.

🔺 On 30 July 2025, the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces escorted military attachés from 13 countries to observe the area and reported that Thai forces had secured full control over the vicinity of the ‘Ta Om’ monument. Thai forces had established operational lines in the Chong Ahn Ma area to prevent further clashes and to maintain stability in this sensitive zone. Both sides had previously agreed to establish a joint coordination point at the ‘Ta Om’ monument.

🔺 Yesterday (1 August 2025), the Royal Thai Army and Ministry of Foreign Affairs escorted ambassadors, charge d'affaires from 11 countries, military attachés from 23 countries, and both Thai and foreign media representatives to affected areas along the Thai–Cambodian border in Ubon Ratchathani and Si Sa Ket Provinces. The delegation received briefings, conducted on-site inspections, and observed the impacts on Thai civilians caused by Cambodian long-range weapon attacks.

The delegation and media witnessed first-hand the devastation inflicted on civilians and questioned why non-military areas were targeted, while Cambodian forces had advanced nearly 30 kilometers into Thai territory. The Thai side reaffirmed its transparency, basing all actions on verified evidence and humanitarian principles, to ensure the international community clearly understands the facts.
