กองบัญชาการกองทัพไทย โพสต์ระบุว่า.. "บันทึกเหตุการณ์การปะทะบริเวณชายแดนไทย–กัมพูชา วันที่ 26 กรกฎาคม 2568

จากรายงานของศูนย์ปฏิบัติการกองทัพภาคที่ 2 กองทัพบก และกองทัพเรือ ได้สรุปสถานการณ์การสู้รบตามแนวชายแดนไทย–กัมพูชา พบว่าสถานการณ์ยังคงมีการปะทะอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยทั้งสองฝ่ายได้มีการเสริมกำลังเพิ่มเติม

โดยเฉพาะในพื้นที่สำคัญ ได้แก่ ช่องบก ช่องอานม้า ซำแต ช่องตาเฒ่า ภูมะเขือ ปราสาทตาควาย และกลุ่มปราสาทตาเมือนธม โดยมีการยิงปืนใหญ่ตกในพื้นที่พลเรือนหลายแห่ง อย่างไรก็ตาม ยังไม่มีรายงานผู้ได้รับบาดเจ็บจากเหตุการณ์ดังกล่าว ในขณะเดียวกัน มีการอพยพพนักงานคาสิโนชาวกัมพูชาออกจากบ่อนบริเวณชายแดนฝั่งตรงข้ามช่องสายตะกู จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์

สรุปสถานการณ์ในพื้นที่สำคัญ ดังนี้
ช่วงบ่ายของวันที่ 25 กรกฎาคม 2568 กำลังฝ่ายกัมพูชาได้ระดมยิงปืนใหญ่ ค. และ BM-21 อย่างหนัก พร้อมพยายามเข้ารุกรานพื้นที่สำคัญ ได้แก่ ซำแต ภูผี ช่องตาเฒ่า และปราสาทตาเมือนธม โดยฝ่ายไทยได้ตอบโต้ด้วยอาวุธประจำกาย ปืนใหญ่ ค. และการโจมตีทางอากาศในพื้นที่ช่องอานม้า ภูผี ช่องตาเฒ่า และช่องบันไดหัก

ฝ่ายไทยสามารถยึดควบคุมพื้นที่ภูมะเขือได้ทั้งหมดตามแนวเส้น 1:50,000 ส่วนพื้นที่ปราสาทตาควายยังคงมีความพยายามผลักดันจากฝ่ายกัมพูชาอย่างต่อเนื่อง แต่จำกัดการใช้กำลังเนื่องจากอยู่ใกล้โบราณสถาน สำหรับพื้นที่ที่มีการปะทะหนัก ได้แก่ ภูมะเขือ ปราสาทตาเมือนธม ช่องบก ช่องอานม้า ซำแต และช่องตาเฒ่า

พื้นที่ที่ต้องเฝ้าระวังอย่างใกล้ชิด ได้แก่ อำเภอกันทรลักษ์ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ และอำเภอกาบเชิง กับอำเภอพนมดงรัก จังหวัดสุรินทร์ โดยคาดว่าฝ่ายกัมพูชาอาจใช้วิธีการยิงปืนใหญ่โจมตีพื้นที่พลเรือน เพื่อกดดันให้รัฐบาลไทยยุติการสู้รบในสภาพเสียเปรียบ

ในส่วนของกองกำลังบูรพา กองทัพภาคที่ 1 ได้ดำเนินการผลักดันและรื้อถอนสิ่งปลูกสร้างของฝ่ายกัมพูชาที่รุกล้ำเข้ามาในเขตแดนประเทศไทย อันเป็นการละเมิดบันทึกความเข้าใจ (MOU) ปี 2543 รวมทั้งสิ้น 4 พื้นที่ ในเขตอำเภอตาพระยา 2 พื้นที่ และอำเภอโคกสูง 2 พื้นที่ จังหวัดสระแก้ว

ขณะที่พื้นที่จังหวัดตราด ฝ่ายกัมพูชาได้เปิดพื้นที่โจมตีใหม่ในเวลา 05.10 นาฬิกา ของวันนี้( 26 กรกฎาคม 2568 ) จากนั้นกองกำลังป้องกันชายแดนจันทบุรีและตราดได้ตอบโต้ด้วยการเปิดปฏิบัติการ “ยุทธการตราดพิฆาตไพรี 1” ณ บ้านชำราก จังหวัดตราด

โดยส่งกำลังพลและเรือป้องกันชายแดนเข้าไปผลักดันและทำลายพื้นที่ที่ทหารกัมพูชารุกล้ำเขตแดนไทย 3 จุด จนกระทั่งเวลา 06.40 น. ของวันที่ 26 กรกฎาคม 2568 ฝ่ายกัมพูชาต้องล่าถอยออกจากพื้นที่ดังกล่าว
ในด้านการอพยพประชาชน

ได้มีการอพยพประชาชนจากพื้นที่เสี่ยงภัยตามแนวชายแดนเข้าสู่พื้นที่ปลอดภัยและศูนย์รวบรวมพลเรือนใน 4 จังหวัด ดังนี้

• จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์: 1 จุด 8,363 คน
• จังหวัดสุรินทร์: 65 จุด 39,350 คน
• จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ: 82 จุด 35,009 คน
• จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี: 76 จุด 14,709 คน

รวมประชาชนที่อพยพออกจากพื้นที่เสี่ยงภัยแล้วทั้งสิ้น 97,431 คน (เพิ่มขึ้น 9,393 คน) ส่วนจังหวัดตราด ขณะนี้อยู่ระหว่างการสำรวจและรวบรวมจำนวนผู้อพยพ

ด้านการช่วยเหลือประชาชน กำลังจิตอาสาพระราชทานในพื้นที่ 4 จังหวัด ได้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อย่างเข้มแข็งในการช่วยเหลือประชาชน อำนวยความสะดวกในศูนย์พักพิงชั่วคราว และเผยแพร่ข้อมูลข่าวสารที่เป็นประโยชน์ และกำลังพลจิตอาสา 904 จาก ศูนย์อำนวยการจิตอาสาพระราชทาน จ.ใกล้เคียง รวมทั้งสิ้น จิตอาสา 904 129 นาย, จิตอาสาประชาชน 2,480 และ รด.จิตอาสา 220 นาย

นอกจากนี้ ยังได้จัดตั้งโรงครัวพระราชทานเพื่อประกอบอาหารดูแลประชาชนผู้อพยพ โดยมีโรงครัวพระราชทานในพื้นที่ 4 จังหวัด จำนวน 7 แห่ง พร้อมรถครัวประกอบอาหาร 9 คัน ซึ่งได้ผลิตข้าวกล่องเพื่อแจกจ่ายแก่ประชาชนที่ได้รับผลกระทบ ตั้งแต่วันที่ 24–26 กรกฎาคม 2568 รวมจำนวน จำนวน 100,100 กล่อง

กองทัพไทยขอแสดงความเสียใจอย่างสุดซึ้งต่อครอบครัวของผู้เสียชีวิต ผู้ได้รับบาดเจ็บ และผู้ได้รับผลกระทบจากเหตุการณ์ที่ฝ่ายกัมพูชารุกล้ำอธิปไตยของไทย และขอประณามอย่างรุนแรงต่อการที่ฝ่ายกัมพูชาใช้อาวุธโจมตีโดยไม่เลือกเป้าหมาย ซึ่งส่งผลกระทบโดยตรงต่อประชาชนผู้บริสุทธิ์ การกระทำดังกล่าวขัดต่อหลักมนุษยธรรม กฎหมายระหว่างประเทศ และหลักความมั่นคงที่พึงมีระหว่างประเทศเพื่อนบ้าน

ทั้งนี้ กองทัพไทยยืนยันจะปฏิบัติหน้าที่อย่างเต็มกำลังความสามารถเพื่อปกป้องอธิปไตยของชาติและดูแลความสงบสุขของประชาชนชาวไทยอย่างถึงที่สุด

Incident Report on the Thai–Cambodian Border Clash 26 July 2025
According to reports from the 2nd Army Area Operations Center of the Royal Thai Army and the Royal Thai Navy, the armed conflict along the Thai-Cambodian border remains ongoing. Both sides have reinforced their troops, particularly in key areas such as Chong Bok, Chong Ahn Ma, Sam Tae, Chong Ta Thao, Phu Makua, Ta Kwai Temple, and Ta Muen Thom Temple group. Artillery shells have landed in several civilian areas; however, there have been no reports of casualties from these incidents. Meanwhile, Cambodian casino workers have been evacuated from a casino opposite Chong Sai Taku, Buriram Province.
Summary of the situation in key areas is as follows:

On the afternoon of 25 July 2025, Cambodian forces launched heavy artillery, mortar, and BM-21 rocket attacks, while attempting to advance into critical zones including Sam Tae, Phu Phee, Chong Ta Thao, and Ta Muen Thom Temple area. Thai forces responded with small arms, artillery, mortars, and air strikes targeting areas in Chong Ahn Ma, Phu Phee, Chong Ta Thao, and Chong Bandai Hak.

Thai forces successfully secured full control of Phu Makua in accordance with the 1:50,000 operational map. However, in the Ta Kwai Temple area, despite Cambodia’s continued attempts to encroach, the use of force has been limited due to the site's proximity to historical monuments. Areas that witnessed heavy clashes include Phu Makua, the Ta Muen Thom Temple area, Chong Bok, Chong Ahn Ma, Sam Tae, and Chong Ta Thao.

Areas requiring close monitoring include Kantharalak District in Si Sa Ket Province, and Kap Choeng and Phanom Dong Rak Districts in Surin Province. It is anticipated that Cambodian forces may continue to use artillery strikes against civilian areas to pressure Thai government into ending the conflict under disadvantageous terms.

Forces under the Burapha Task Force, 1st Army Area, have conducted operations to remove Cambodian structures illegally built within Thai territory in violation of the 2000 Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). A total of four encroachment sites were dismantled — two in Ta Phraya District and two in Khok Sung District, Sa Kaeo Province.

In Trat Province, Cambodia opened a new attack front at 0510 hours on 26 July 2025. In response, the Chanthaburi and Trat Border Defence Command launched “Operation Trat Phikhat Phai Ree 1” in Ban Cham Rak Village, Trat Province. Thai forces and patrol vessels were deployed to repel and destroy Cambodian positions that had breached three Thai locations. By 0640 hours on 26 July 2025, Cambodian forces had withdrawn from the area.

For civilian evacuation, those from high-risk areas along the border have been relocated to safe zones and civilian assembly centers in four provinces as follows:
• Buriram Province: 1 site, 8,363 persons
• Surin Province: 51 sites, 39,350 persons
• Si Sa Ket Province: 82 sites, 35,009 persons
• Ubon Ratchathani Province: 76 sites, 14,709 persons

A total of 97,431 civilians has been evacuated from high-risk areas (an increase of 9,393 persons). The number of evacuees in Trat Province is currently being assessed and compiled.
For humanitarian assistance, Royal Volunteers in the four affected provinces have actively carried out their duties by assisting the public, providing support at temporary shelters, and disseminating useful information. In addition, Royal Volunteer 904 personnel from the Royal Volunteer Operations Center in nearby provinces have been deployed. The total number of deployed personnel includes:

• 129 Royal Volunteer 904 members
• 2,480 civilian Royal Volunteers
• 220 members of the Territorial Defense Volunteer Corps

Furthermore, royal mobile kitchens have been established to provide meals for evacuees. There are currently seven royal kitchens operating across the four provinces, supported by nine mobile kitchen trucks. From 24 to 26 July 2025, a total of 100,100 meal boxes has been prepared and distributed to affected civilians.

Such actions are in violation of humanitarian principle international law, and the foundational norms of security and peace among neighboring states.
