彭博新聞報導：貝萊德、IFM接近達成250億美元Stack資料中心交易

報導指出，這個投資人集團包括由貝萊德支持的人工智慧基礎設施夥伴關係（Artificial Intelligence Infrastructure Partnership，AIP）與IFM Investors，目前正準備對這些資產進行盡職調查，並希望不久後與Stack Infrastructure的所有者Blue Owl Capital達成協議。The investor group, which includes the BlackRock-backed Artificial Intelligence Infrastructure Partnership (AIP) and IFM, is preparing to conduct due diligence on the assets and hopes to reach an agreement soon with Stack's owner, Blue Owl Capital, the report said.

彭博5月報導，Stack Infrastructure正考慮多項選項，包括出售其亞洲業務；該交易估值超過300億美元。彭博6月又報導，IFM Investors與AIP都是潛在競標方之一。Bloomberg reported in May that Stack was considering its options, including a sale of its Asia operations in a deal valued at more than $30 billion, and in June that IFM and AIP were among potential bidders.

Nvidia, xAI, Microsoft, and investment firm MGX are also investors in the partnership.
