烏克蘭外長表示，已與伊朗外長討論如何控制緊張情勢

9月23日（路透）——烏克蘭外交部長安德里・西比哈（Andrii Sybiha）週三表示，他與伊朗外長阿巴斯・阿拉格齊（Abbas Araqchi）會面時，討論了控制緊張情勢的方式。Sept 23 (Reuters) - Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said on Wednesday he discussed ways of keeping tension in check at a meeting with his Iranian counterpart, Abbas Araqchi.

西比哈在社群平台 X 上表示，這場在紐約聯合國大會場邊舉行的會面，是兩人7月通電話後的後續交流。Sybiha said on X the meeting on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in New York was a follow-up to a telephone conversation the two held in July.

在與俄羅斯長達逾4年半的衝突中，烏克蘭一直面對伊朗設計無人機的密集攻擊。基輔在此期間已發展出反制無人機威脅的技術，並向面臨德黑蘭攻擊的中東國家提出提供協助。In more than 4-1/2 years of conflict with Russia, Ukraine has faced barrages of Iranian-designed drones. Kyiv has over that time developed technology to counter drone threats and offered its assistance to Middle Eastern countries facing strikes by Tehran.

西比哈寫道：「外交就是直接對話，即使是在充滿挑戰的情況下。」"Diplomacy is about direct conversation, even in challenging circumstances," Sybiha wrote.

「我們的談話聚焦於雙方可採取哪些步驟，以防止兩國之間的緊張情勢進一步惡化。我們同意保持現有溝通管道暢通。」"Our conversation focused on mutual steps to prevent further aggravation of tensions between our countries. We agreed to keep existing channels of communication open."

西比哈表示，兩位外長就中東和歐洲局勢，以及持續進行中各項和平努力的不同途徑交換意見。Sybiha said the two ministers exchanged views on the situation in the Middle East and Europe "as well as various tracks of ongoing peace efforts".

「我重申烏克蘭的立場，支持在我們兩個地區早日恢復和平與穩定。」"I reiterated Ukraine's position in support of a sooner restoration of peace and stability in both our regions."

兩人曾在7月通話，此前烏克蘭無人機攻擊一艘伊朗船隻，造成一名船員死亡、另一名船員受傷。The two men spoke in July after a Ukrainian drone strike on an Iranian ship which killed one sailor and injured another.

伊朗譴責這起攻擊並威脅報復。西比哈當時表示，他要求阿拉格齊不要採取任何會升高情勢的步驟，並停止對俄羅斯對烏克蘭戰爭的任何支持。Iran denounced the attack and threatened retaliation. Sybiha said then that he asked Araqchi to refrain from any escalatory steps and to end any support for Russia's war against Ukraine.
