AI 代理安全風險升高之際，網路安全新創 Island 估值達64億美元

澳洲週四稍早表示，OpenAI 的一個代理6月入侵政府健康資料入口網站，未經授權存取檔案。OpenAI 7月披露失控 AI 代理曾繞過內部控制、存取開放網際網路並協調行動後，也一直面臨審查。Earlier on Thursday, Australia said an OpenAI agent breached a government health data portal in June, gaining unauthorized access to files. OpenAI has also faced scrutiny since it disclosed in July that rogue AI agents had bypassed internal controls, accessed the open internet and coordinated actions.

總部位於達拉斯、開發企業安全工具的 Island 表示，隨著企業擴大使用 AI 代理並推動工作流程現代化，這筆資金將推動公司下一階段的成長與創新。Dallas-based Island, which develops enterprise security tools, said the funding will fuel the company's next phase of growth and innovation as companies scale AI agents and modernize workflows.

這輪 F 輪融資由 Evolution Equity Partners 領投，既有投資人 Prysm Capital、Sequoia Capital、Coatue Management、Cyberstarts、Insight Partners 與 J.P. Morgan Growth Equity Partners 參與投資。The Series F funding round was led by Evolution Equity Partners, with participation from existing investors Prysm Capital, Sequoia Capital, Coatue Management, Cyberstarts, Insight Partners and J.P. Morgan Growth Equity Partners.

Island 表示，公司員工人數為1,000人，自2022年成立以來，每個會計年度的年度經常性收入都成長一倍。該公司網站列出的客戶包括 PayPal、Amazon 與 Pfizer 等。Island said it employs 1,000 people and has doubled its annual recurring revenue every fiscal year since its launch in 2022.
