土耳其總統艾爾段告訴烏克蘭總統澤倫斯基：黑海攻擊事件令人費解

安卡拉，9月24日（路透社）——根據土耳其總統辦公室週四公布的會談紀要，土耳其總統塔伊普・艾爾段告訴烏克蘭總統澤倫斯基，俄羅斯與烏克蘭在黑海攻擊商船令人費解，必須採取措施制止這些攻擊。ANKARA, Sept 24 (Reuters) - Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan told Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelenskiy that attacks by Russia and Ukraine on commercial vessels in the Black Sea were inexplicable and steps must be taken to stop these, according to a readout from his office on Thursday.

土耳其是北約成員國，自俄羅斯2022年全面入侵烏克蘭以來，一直與莫斯科和基輔維持友好關係，並多次敦促交戰雙方停止在黑海的攻擊。NATO member Turkey, which has maintained cordial ties with both Moscow and Kyiv since Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022, has repeatedly urged the warring sides to stop attacks in the Black Sea.

土耳其總統府在聲明中表示：「會談期間，艾爾段總統表示，土耳其已準備好盡一切所能，促成烏克蘭—俄羅斯戰爭以持久和平告終，我們也將持續努力推動恢復直接談判。」"During the meeting, President Erdogan stated that Turkey was ready to do all it can for the Ukraine-Russia war to end with lasting peace, that we will continue our efforts to revive direct negotiations," the Turkish presidency said in a statement.

It has said a solution must be found so grain shipments can be carried out safely from the region.

稍早，澤倫斯基在聯合國大會場邊舉行的「克里米亞平台」峰會上告訴各國領袖，基輔已準備好依據埃及、印度和土耳其等國提出的方案，在黑海實施海上停火。Earlier, Zelenskiy told leaders at a "Crimean Platform" summit on the sidelines of the General Assembly that Kyiv was ready for a maritime truce in the Black Sea based on proposals such as those put forward by Egypt, India and Turkey.
