歐盟科技監管機關去年底以X違反線上內容規範為由開罰，這是該項指標性法規下的首件制裁案，而這項法規已引發華盛頓批評。EU tech regulators fined X late last year for breaching online content rules, the first sanction under a landmark legislation that has drawn criticism from Washington.

美國司法部表示，已向歐盟普通法院提出聲請，支持X撤銷此案的努力。The US Department of Justice said it had filed an application with the EU's General Court in support of X's effort to annul the case.

歐盟對X的制裁，是在依據歐盟《數位服務法》（Digital Services Act, DSA）進行為期兩年的調查後作出。該法要求線上平台採取更多措施，處理非法及有害內容。The EU sanction against X followed a two-year-long investigation under the bloc's Digital Services Act (DSA), which requires online platforms to do more to tackle illegal and harmful content.
