北韓稱，若南韓成為美國集體防衛樞紐將成為目標

首爾，9月25日（路透社）— 北韓官媒朝中社（KCNA）報導，北韓週五表示，若南韓成為美國主導集體防衛體系的核心樞紐，將成為集體報復的「決定性目標」。SEOUL, Sept 25 (Reuters) - North Korea said on Friday that South Korea would become a "decisive target" for collective retaliation if it served as a central hub in a US-led collective defence system, state media KCNA reported.

在朝中社一篇評論中，被描述為敵國研究所部門主管的康哲洙（Kang Chol Su）指控美國華府正把其盟友南韓變成追求全球霸權的基地，並將南韓當作在海外衝突中率先部署的平台。In a KCNA commentary, Kang Chol Su, described as a department director at the Institute for Enemy State Studies, accused Washington of turning its ally South Korea into a base for pursuing global hegemony and using it as a platform to deploy first in overseas conflicts.

康哲洙引述駐韓美軍（US Forces Korea）司令的談話，指其將南韓描述為集體防衛的關鍵中心，並批評聯合演訓及美軍部署。Kang cited remarks by the commander of US Forces Korea portraying South Korea as a key centre of collective defence and criticised joint drills and US deployments.

該評論稱，平壤已準備好反制措施，並將毫不留情地粉碎對其安全的挑戰。The commentary said Pyongyang had prepared countermeasures and would ruthlessly crush challenges to its security.

駐韓美軍未立即回應採訪請求。US Forces Korea did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
