印尼法院上訴聽證將 Gojek 創辦人刑期減為9年

路透雅加達9月24日電——法官週四表示，印尼一家法院在上訴聽證中，將 Gojek 創辦人、前教育部長納迪姆・馬卡里姆（Nadiem Makarim）因筆電採購不當相關貪腐定罪案的刑期，從10年減為9年。JAKARTA, Sept 24 (Reuters) - An Indonesian court has reduced the prison sentence of Gojek founder and former education minister Nadiem Makarim to 9 years from 10 years in an appeal hearing for a graft conviction relating to improper laptop procurement, judges said on Thursday.

• 納迪姆6月遭法院判處10年徒刑；法院認定他在為印尼學校採購 Google Chromebook 的過程中濫用職權，導致國家損失1.25億美元。他於7月1日向雅加達高等法院提出上訴。• Nadiem was sentenced to 10 years in prison in June after the court found him guilty of abusing his authority during the procurement of Google Chromebooks for schools in Indonesia that led to $125 million in state losses. He filed an appeal on July 1 to the Jakarta high court.

• 法官之一卡圖爾・伊里安托羅（Catur Iriantoro）週四表示，法官未同意納迪姆要求撤銷所有指控的上訴，因為先前判決符合審判中認定的事實、提出的證據以及證人證詞。• One judge, Catur Iriantoro, said on Thursday that they did not approve Nadiem's appeal to dismiss all charges because the previous ruling was consistent with the facts established at trial, the evidence presented, and witness testimony.

• 另一名法官蘇巴赫蘭・哈迪・穆利亞納（Subachran Hardi Mulyana）表示，法院也將納迪姆必須支付的賠償金額從8090億印尼盾（4523萬美元）降至5480億印尼盾。• The court also cut the amount of restitution Nadiem must pay from 809 billion rupiah ($45.23 million) to 548 billion rupiah, another judge, Subachran Hardi Mulyana, said.

• 聽證結束後，納迪姆對判決表達失望，並告訴記者，他將再向最高法院提起上訴。• After the hearing, Nadiem expressed his disappointment about the ruling and told reporters he would file another appeal to the Supreme Court.

• 他說：「現在的受害者不只是我，還有印尼執法體系的公信力。」• "The victim now is not just me, but the credibility of the law enforcement system in Indonesia," he said.

• 法官也維持先前判決，認定馬卡里姆曾調整招標要求以偏向 Chrome，讓 Google 受益並限制競爭。• Judges also upheld a previous ruling that said Makarim had adjusted the tender requirements to favour Chrome, which benefited Google and restricted competition.
