中國晶片製造商粵芯半導體擬透過深圳上市募資最高9.185億美元

路透香港9月23日電——公司週三提交的文件顯示，中國晶片製造商粵芯半導體（CanSemi Technology）將股票定價為每股人民幣12.01元後，擬透過深圳上市募資人民幣61.6億元（9.185億美元）。HONG KONG, Sept 23 (Reuters) - Chinese chipmaker CanSemi Technology is seeking to raise 6.16 billion yuan ($918.5 million) in a Shenzhen listing after pricing its shares at 12.01 yuan each, a company filing showed on Wednesday.

• 該公司正式名稱為粵芯半導體技術股份有限公司（Yuexin Semiconductor Technology），計畫在不計入任何超額配售選擇權的情況下發行5.126億股新股，扣除費用前募資人民幣61.6億元。• The company, formally known as Yuexin Semiconductor Technology, plans to sell 512.6 million new shares before any overallotment option, raising 6.16 billion yuan before fees.

• 若該選擇權全數行使，本次發行規模將增至5.8954億股，募資總額將升至人民幣70.8億元。• If the option is exercised in full, the offering will increase to 589.54 million shares and gross proceeds will rise to 7.08 billion yuan.

• 戰略投資人將認購本次發行股份的一半，包括杭州阿里雲飛天資訊技術、深圳匯頂科技及深圳佰維存儲科技。• Strategic investors will take half of the shares on offer. They include Hangzhou Alibaba Cloud Feitian Information Technology, Shenzhen Goodix Technology and Biwin Storage Technology.

• 粵芯半導體表示，將把募得款項用於12吋晶圓生產專案及營運資金。• CanSemi said it would use the proceeds to fund 12-inch wafer production projects and for working capital.
