"Shengqing Healthcare" Shenyang basic eldercare service platform was launched, ushering in a new chapter of urban smart eldercare services

As China's population aging process accelerates, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council have been actively addressing the health and care needs of the elderly, introducing a series of policies and measures to promote the development of the elderly care industry. In June 2024, Shenyang was approved as a national pilot area for integrated basic eldercare service platforms. By fully leveraging technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data, it unlocks the value of urban elderly care, healthcare and other public data, breaks down the spatial and temporal barriers of traditional care services, enables precise allocation of elderly care resources, and builds new urban smart eldercare service infrastructure.
