Ingredients:
‧ 4 eggs
‧ 500ml fresh milk
‧ 120g white sugar
Preparation:
1. Whisk eggs thoroughly and strain through a sieve. Set aside.
2. Heat milk and sugar in a pot over medium heat until lightly simmering.
3. Gradually pour the hot milk into the egg mixture while stirring continuously to blend well.
4. Pour the mixture into small bowls and cover with microwave-safe cling film.
5. Steam over medium-low heat for about 12 minutes until set. Turn off heat and let it rest for 1 minute before serving.
