This Easter, celebrate in style at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, where indulgent experiences are designed to delight. Easter at Amber

Chef Richard Ekkebus’s three-starred Amber marks the holiday with an exuberant take on contemporary French dining. The Amber Discovery Unlimited experience is both elegant and effervescent—served in the restaurant’s warm, sculptural interiors and paired with 120 minutes of free-flow sparkling, white, and red wines, premium beer, and non-alcoholic options.

The four-course menu showcases spring’s finest: ethically sourced foie gras with organic Kin egg and fermented black garlic; delicately cooked Tara cod with seaweed and Perthuis green asparagus; or Bluenose sea bass dressed in Kintoa bacon and dill oil. Meat lovers will appreciate the Axuria lamb loin and neck with globe artichoke and ras el hanout. To finish, desserts balance richness and flair—think Vao 42% chocolate with black fermented clémentine, or silken tofu skin with Bourbon vanilla and macadamia.

The Amber Discovery Unlimited lunch is priced at HK$1,638+ per person. For those looking to go all out, the Ultra-Premium experience (HK$2,488+ per person) includes free-flow 2015 Dom Pérignon and sommelier-selected wines for a truly celebratory afternoon.
