Cruise’s rooftop turns Monday into a celebration of the sea, with 90 minutes of free-flow freshly shucked oysters and panoramic Victoria Harbour views to match. It’s a decadent start to the week and a welcome remedy for any post-weekend slump.
The “Oyster Celebration” includes unlimited seasonal oysters served with a trio of accompaniments: classic mignonette, Thai seafood sauce and masala relish, plus a selection of sharing starters such as crispy oyster pancake with tom yum aioli and a warming Korean-style oyster soup.
To round out the feast, choose a main from Cruise’s signature lineup: think grilled acorn-fed Iberico pork jowl, braised Hamachi collar, or roasted yellow chicken, each dish bringing bold flavours and a touch of indulgence to your Monday ritual.

The Oyster Celebration dinner is available every Monday, priced at HK$428 per person* (minimum two guests; full-table participation required). For those looking to elevate the evening, guests can add free-flow Prosecco, house wines, and beer for an additional HK$158 per person*.
