Indulge in a refined Italian dining experience with Angelini’s new set lunch menus, where time-honoured tradition meets modern culinary artistry. The menu offers a choice of three or four courses, each celebrating the vibrant flavours of Italy through a contemporary lens.
Begin your journey with the Apulia burrata, silky and rich, paired with sweet cherry tomatoes, pistachio pesto, and a drizzle of aged balsamic for perfect balance. For seafood lovers, the pink prawn tartare is a delicate composition of Adriatic shrimp and crisp green apple matchsticks, finished with edible flowers. Another standout is the seared yellowfin tuna, served with organic greens, quail eggs, and a mustard seed dressing, an elegant take on a classic starter.

Alternatively, savour the pan-fried red snapper, where perfectly crisped snapper rests atop a bed of nutty barley risotto infused with crisp green apple and fresh dill. The barley’s subtle sweetness enhances the fish’s natural flavour, while the apple adds a refreshing contrast in texture.
