Zuma Hong Kong introduces Shūmatsu brunch with ‘baikingu’ station on Father’s Day weekend
Zuma’s contemporary weekend brunch receives a festive upgrade this Father’s Day with the debut of the Shūmatsu experience, now featuring a newly introduced Baikingu station, a vibrant take on the traditional Japanese buffet.
The indulgence begins with Zuma’s signature cold starters served tableside. Think pristine sashimi, sushi platters and a curated selection of small plates, before guests are invited to explore the baikingu, or buffet, spread. Positioned by the robata grill, this dynamic station brings the action front and centre, offering an impressive array of hot dishes: from assorted tempura and sweet corn with shiso butter to pork gyoza with spicy yuzu truffle, tsukune chicken, Japanese oden and Australian Angus sirloin.
Guests can choose from four food and beverage packages, including the option of 2.5 hours of free-flow champagne, wine and soft drinks, ideal for a celebratory afternoon. Available across Father’s Day weekend, it’s a bold, generous brunch designed to impress.

To mark the launch, Zuma will turn up the tempo with live entertainment throughout Father’s Day weekend, featuring a high-energy set by a live DJ accompanied by a professional percussionist. The dynamic soundtrack adds a festive pulse to the occasion, transforming a leisurely family brunch into a celebratory affair to remember.
