Swap your screen time for skyline views with Cruise’s weekday lunch set, served high above the harbour on one of Hong Kong’s most stylish rooftops. The menu is a globe-trotting affair with Asian flair. Start with Hiramasa kingfish sashimi, tom yum soup or blue swimmer crab salad, then move on to main course dishes such as black pepper tiger prawns, roasted yellow chicken or pad thai. For dessert, think mango sticky rice or matcha tiramisu.
