If you had to describe a day in your life, what would it be like?
Gosh, it really varies. If I’m working, it’s usually a very early start. I’m running a lot at the moment, so I try to get a run in before I get to work and then I just get up and go, get in the car and go to the studio, go to set or get to the airport. And on a day off, [it tends to be] be a long walk with my friends and my dog.
Your career skyrocketed with Bridgerton. How do you manage fame?
I surround myself with people who ground me, including family and friends. And I take time for my personal life.
If you hadn’t become an actor, where would life have taken you?
I’d love to work with animals. Maybe veterinary care, work with wildlife.

What are three style tips you swear by?
[Style] comes from inner confidence, self-worth and having fun.
What are the essential accessories you never leave home without?
I always love wearing a pair of earrings, my boots and my IWC watch.
You’re an IWC ambassador; what’s your favourite watch and why?
I would say the watch that I am wearing today: my IWC Ingenieur Automatic 35 in 18-karat 5N gold. I love how effortlessly it wraps around my wrist, and it’s beautiful and chic.
