Guest shifts and Easter semi-brunch buffet at Alibi - Wine Dine Be Social
Alibi – Wine Dine Be Social at Cordis, Hong Kong turns up the energy this April with a duo of spirited collaborations. First, the bar joins the global celebration of Disaronno Godfather Week 2025 with a limited-edition cocktail menu inspired by the iconic film. On April 12, Disaronno’s Greater China and North Asia brand ambassador Jackie Ho takes over the bar, mixing four original creations that showcase the Italian liqueur’s range—from the velvety Italian Godfather to the fig-and-wine-laced Dolce Fiore di Fico e Vino.
Later in the month, Alibi welcomes guest bartenders Jason Lui and Hueson Chu from Skye at The Park Lane Hong Kong. On April 24, from 7pm to 11pm, the duo will shake up cocktails with bold local accents and rooftop-bar flair.
Each cocktail from the guest menus is priced at HK$148. Expect a lively crowd, playful flavours and a stylish celebration of mixology in all its forms.
