Only the finest for mother dearest at Amber
Amber at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, newly awarded three Michelin stars and a Green Star, is marking Mother’s Day with seasonal lunch and dinner menus designed to honour every kind of matriarch.
Thoughtfully composed and ingredient-led, chef Richard Ekkebus' menus spotlight new signatures: a delicately tender Axuria lamb rack served with globe artichoke and ras el hanout; sustainably sourced MSC-certified bluefin tuna paired with Ping Yuen chicken liver, preserved black truffle and dry sherry; and a silky toothfish dressed in champagne, green asparagus and a gently spicy lacto-fermented cashew butter.
The four- and six-course lunches are priced at HK$1,598 and HK$2,318 per person respectively, while dinner menus stretch to six or eight courses (HK$2,556 and HK$2,888). A three-course kid’s menu (HK$808) ensures younger diners are warmly welcomed too.
To mark the occasion, each guest’s mum will receive a curated gift from French fragrance house L’Artisan Parfumeur, a sensory touch to match the meal.
