Bangkok Bank Temporarily Closes Services for System Upgrad
Bangkok Bank wishes to apologize for any inconvenience caused by its planned temporary closure of services for system maintenance to enhance service efficiency. The Bank will conduct system maintenance on Sunday, August 17, 2025, from 02:00 a.m. to 09:00 a.m (ICT). Customers of Bangkok Bank and other banks will be unable to access Bangkok Bank services during the times indicated below:
From 02:00 a.m. to 09:00 a.m (ICT).
• All transactions on Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking
From 03:00 a.m. to 07:00 a.m (ICT).
• All transactions via Bangkok Bank electronic channels
• Bangkok Bank debit and credit cardholders will be unable to withdraw cash from Bangkok Bank ATMs, other banks’ ATMs and overseas ATMs
• Bangkok Bank debit and credit cardholders will be unable to make payments via online stores or at physical stores via an EDC machine from any bank in Thailand and overseas.
